Can I use someone else's JazzCash number?

No. The wallet must be registered in your own name to pass verification and comply with anti-fraud checks.

What if my payout fails?

Failed payouts are automatically retried and, if still unsuccessful, held in your balance until you confirm updated details with support.

Add your payout method

Open Seller Dashboard → Settings → Payout Methods, choose JazzCash or Easypaisa, and enter the registered mobile number and account holder name exactly as they appear on your wallet.

Verification

We send a small verification request to confirm the wallet belongs to you. This usually completes within a few minutes but can take up to one business day.

Switching methods later

You can update your payout method at any time. Changes apply from the next payout cycle — funds already queued for the current cycle go to the previously verified account.
