1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Waqaram's digital marketplace services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. They apply to all users including merchants, customers, and contributors.
2. Description of Service
Waqaram is Pakistan's premier digital products marketplace connecting creators and buyers worldwide. We provide a platform for selling digital products (courses, ebooks, software, templates), secure payment processing, instant digital delivery, and customer support.
3. Digital Products & Pricing
All products sold are digital with clearly displayed pricing in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Each listing includes a clear title, description, price, deliverables, file format, and licensing terms.
4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, deliver products immediately upon purchase, ensure files are working and complete, respond to inquiries promptly, comply with intellectual property rights, and maintain good ratings.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate information, pay for purchases, leave honest reviews, follow refund policies, and not redistribute purchased digital products without proper licensing.
6. Payments and Fees
Prices are in PKR. Payment is required at purchase for instant access. We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. A flat 9.3% all-in platform commission applies to creators.
6b. Listing Upgrades
Seller registration is free. After that, the first 2 product listings are included at no extra charge. An optional one-time Rs 499 Premium upgrade unlocks unlimited product listings for life. Sellers who purchased the upgrade under any earlier pricing keep lifetime access at no further cost. The upgrade is separate from and does not reduce the 9.3% commission. It is non-refundable once paid, except where a duplicate charge occurs or the payment cannot be matched to the correct seller account. All listings are subject to the same quality and compliance review before going live.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for unlawful purposes, to violate regulations, infringe intellectual property, harass others, submit misleading information, or upload malicious code.
8. Intellectual Property
The Waqaram platform and its content are protected by copyright. Digital products retain their creators' IP rights. Users must respect all licensing terms.
9. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through authorized third-party processors. Waqaram acts as the merchant of record for all transactions on the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Pakistani law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
