1. Information We Collect
Personal info (name, email, phone, payment, profile), and usage info (pages visited, device info, IP, cookies, purchase history).
2. How We Use It
To process orders, provide support, deliver products, personalize experience, improve the platform, prevent fraud, and send promotions with consent.
3. Information Sharing
We never sell your data. We share only with payment processors, shipping partners, cloud providers, advertising partners, and when legally required.
3a. Advertising (Meta)
With your cookie consent, we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook and Instagram) to measure ad performance and show relevant Waqaram ads on Meta platforms. Meta receives browsing events such as page views and purchases; it does not receive your password or payment details. Decline cookies in the consent banner to keep this off, and you can change your choice any time by clearing site data.

256-bit SSL encryption, encrypted storage, regular backups, MFA, security audits, and limited employee access.
5. Your Rights
Access and download your data, correct or update info, delete your account, opt out of marketing, and control cookies.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies (security/auth), analytics cookies, and (only after you accept in the consent banner) advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) for ad measurement and retargeting. Declining keeps all advertising cookies off.
7. Data Retention
We retain data only as needed for services, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and business operations. Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
7b. Children's Privacy
The minimum age to sell on Waqaram is 13 years or older. For sellers aged 13-17, we collect identity verification documents (student card, Form B/CRC, or a parent/guardian's CNIC/NICOP) solely for account verification and legal compliance. A parent or guardian co-signs the account and may request to review or delete their child's personal data at any time by contacting privacy@waqaram.com. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn such data was provided, we delete it promptly.
