Waqaram sells digital products that are delivered instantly, so there is nothing to ship back. Instead, you can claim a refund within 14 days of purchase when a product does not deliver what it promised.

Eligible for a refund
- The product materially differs from its description
- Files are corrupted, incomplete or will not open
- Software or a template does not work as advertised
- The wrong product was delivered
- Accidental duplicate purchase
- Unauthorised payment on your account
Not eligible for a refund
- Changed mind after downloading the files
- The product works but does not suit your needs
- Compatibility issues where requirements were clearly stated
- Lack of technical skills required to use the product
- Fully consumed products, such as a completed course
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

Refunds are always returned to the payment method used for the order. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund.
Unlimited listing upgrade
The optional Rs 749 one-time unlimited listing upgrade is non-refundable once paid. The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, or a payment that cannot be matched to your account, which we refund in full to the original payment method. Your first 3 listings are always free.
