Requesting a refund

Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product is materially different from its listing, doesn't download or open, or is a duplicate charge. See the full Refund Policy for edge cases.

How to request one

• Go to Orders → select the purchase → Request Refund.
• Choose a reason and add a short description or screenshot.
• Submit — the seller is notified and has 48 hours to respond before it escalates to Waqaram support.

Timeline for money back

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method: JazzCash and Easypaisa refunds usually post within 3–5 business days, cards can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
