File size limits and external hosting links (Google Drive, Mega, TeraBox)

Direct upload limit

Every product on Waqaram can include files uploaded directly to our storage up to 500 MB in total. This covers most ebooks, templates, presets, software and short video files.

When your files are bigger than 500 MB

Full video courses, large asset packs and software bundles often exceed the direct upload limit. In that case, host the files yourself and add an external delivery link when creating or editing your listing.

• Google Drive — set sharing to "Anyone with the link" before publishing.
• Mega — share a folder link with a decryption key included in the URL.
• TeraBox — generate a public share link, not a private workspace link.
• Dropbox, OneDrive, MediaFire, pCloud, Box, iCloud, WeTransfer also work.
• For video, Vimeo (unlisted), YouTube (unlisted) or Wistia links play well for course content.

How buyers receive the link

Once a buyer's payment clears, Waqaram automatically shows the external link on their Orders page and emails it to them. You don't need to send anything manually.

Best practices

• Never share a link that requires the buyer to request access — approve access in advance or make it public.
• Password-protect optional but avoid expiring links; buyers may need access again months later.
• Test the link in an incognito browser window before publishing your listing.
