Do I need to email the file to the buyer myself?

No. Delivery is fully automatic. You only need to keep uploaded files or hosting links valid.

What if my product updates after someone buys it?

Re-upload the new version to the same listing; existing buyers will see the updated file the next time they open their download.

How it works

As soon as a payment (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or card) is confirmed, the order status changes to Completed and the buyer's Orders page unlocks the Download button or external link immediately — no seller action required.

If a buyer says they didn't receive anything

Ask them to check Orders → the specific purchase → Download.
Confirm the payment actually cleared (pending payments don't unlock delivery).
For external links, verify the link is still live and shared publicly.
