What escrow means on Waqaram
When a buyer pays, funds are held by Waqaram rather than released to the seller immediately. This protects both sides: buyers know they can dispute before money is fully settled, and sellers know a legitimate payment has already cleared.
Opening a dispute
- From Orders, select the order and choose Open a Dispute.
- Describe the issue and attach any evidence (screenshots, broken link, wrong file).
- The seller is notified and has 48 hours to respond or offer a resolution.
Resolution
If buyer and seller can't agree, Waqaram's support team reviews the evidence and makes a binding decision — releasing funds to the seller, refunding the buyer, or splitting the amount when appropriate. See the Dispute Resolution page for the full policy.
