Keeping your account secure

Basics

• Use a unique password you don't reuse elsewhere.
• Never share your password or OTP codes with anyone, including people claiming to be Waqaram support.
• Log out of shared or public devices after use.

Spotting phishing

Waqaram will never ask for your password over WhatsApp, phone or email. If you get a suspicious message claiming to be from us, verify by contacting support directly through the official channels on the Contact page.

If you suspect a compromise

Change your password immediately from Settings → Security and contact support so we can review recent account activity.
