By accessing Waqaram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service governing your use of our website, mobile applications, and related services.
2. Description of Service
Waqaram is Pakistan's premier digital marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We provide secure transactions, digital delivery, and e-commerce solutions.
3. User Accounts
You must be 18+ to create an account. You're responsible for account security, accurate information, and all activities under your account.
4. Seller Obligations
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and pricing, comply with Pakistani laws, fulfill orders, and deliver digital products within 24 hours.
5. Buyer Rights
Buyers have the right to receive products as described, with a 48-hour refund guarantee for digital products and 7-day return for physical products.
6. Payment Terms
We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers, and cards. Platform commission is a flat 9.3% all-in of the sale price. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All Waqaram content is protected by copyright. Users retain rights to their own content but grant Waqaram a license for platform operations.
8. Prohibited Activities
No counterfeit items, review manipulation, fraud, IP violations, spam, or automated access.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are handled through internal mediation. If unresolved, they're subject to Pakistani law and jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
