Lost a download link or want to check order status? Here's where to find it and how to have it re-sent.

Find your order

Sign in and open Orders, or use the Track Order page with your order ID and the email used at checkout if you checked out as a guest.

Re-sending a download link

Open the order and click Resend Link — it emails the download or external hosting link again to the address on file. This can be repeated any time, there's no limit on re-downloads for completed orders.
