Return & Exchange Policy

At Waqaram, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase of the KF102 Max Drone Camera. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

  2. Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please ensure the drone is securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.
  3. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your KF102 Max Drone Camera for the same item, please follow these steps:

  2. Ship the Item: Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the defective or damaged item.
  3. Receive Replacement: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send out a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
